Belfast School Of Theology
Terms & Conditions
Our Terms &
Conditions
This contract is the sole and complete agreement between Belfast School of Theology and any student or potential student of the School.
Dates notified are given in good faith and genuine intent, however, if for reasons outside the control of the School, courses, and/or parts of courses do not run for any reason, no liability is accepted.
Should costs to deliver a course or courses increase for any reason outside of the control of the School, the college may increase the fee for any remaining portion of the course but shall first give two weeks written notice of such increase.
If events beyond the control of the School prevent delivery of a course at an advertised date, then at the discretion of the college it will either be offered at a later date, or a refund made of any money paid. No compensation beyond the total of money paid for the undelivered aspect of the course will be paid.Â
Any complaint regarding the quality of teaching or delivery of the course must be made in accordance with the School Students’ Complaints Process, a copy of which is available on request.Â
Once a place, on a course has been accepted by you, you become liable for the full advertised cost. Should payment not be made by the stipulated time (or by the time agreed by you with the School) you may be suspended from your studies and any award or certificate will not be conferred until all overdue payments are received.
If you withdraw from a course before completing it charges for the completed portion will still be due and owing to the School and such charges are set out on the published fees sheet.Â
This contract contains all the terms and conditions which relate to the provision of courses which you wish to undertake and for which you have been accepted as a student of the School.
This contract shall be governed by the law of Northern Ireland as applied and interpreted by the courts of Northern Ireland.
While we try and ensure that all information and fees on our Web site are accurate, errors can occur. If we discover an error on the fee sheet we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your application at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the course or event, you will receive a full refund.
