Our student accommodation, inspected and approved by the Northern Ireland Tourist Board, is conveniently located in Riverside and Wellesley Houses, situated on either side of the campus entrance.
Riverside House
Riverside House offers comfortable living with 10 single rooms on each floor. Each room is equipped with a bed, wardrobe, storage space, study desk and chair, wash hand basin, and IT access, including Wi-Fi. One side of the building provides scenic views of the river and woodlands, while the other overlooks the college garden and lawns. Shared amenities include four toilets, two baths, and two showers per floor, as well as a small ground floor kitchen and lounge exclusively for resident students. College Wardens reside on-site in a private apartment within Riverside House.
Wellesley House
Wellesley House features four individual self-contained flats on the ground floor, perfect for two people sharing. Each flat includes a double bedroom/study, lounge, kitchen/dinette, and bath or shower room. The upper floor offers two independent flats, each comprising five single study/bedrooms, two shower rooms, and a kitchen.
All residents have access to a laundry room equipped with washing machines, tumble dryers, and airing stands, as well as student recreation facilities.
Occasionally, we have spare capacity, allowing hostel students to rent a room for visiting family or friends. For accommodation charges and more information, please contact our facilities staff.
