The five steps to wellbeing: Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning, Give.
How can I recognise the signs of stress and what should I do about it?
How might my relationship with my phone and digital devices impact my wellbeing?
The course will be informative and evidence based; practical guidance will be offered as well as some space for self-reflection.
