Cleopas is a Christian ministry that creates opportunities for retreats and quiet days whereby church groups, organisations or individuals can come apart from everyday life, and enjoy unhurried time with the Lord. Jesus himself throughout his ministry was often found in a quiet place with his Father which was an essential life-giving time. 

As Christians we are easily caught up in a whirlwind of busy pursuit, often in some form of service. But like Mary we need to sit at the feet of Jesus in unhurried attentiveness that we might gain his perspective again on how to live in this challenging world.
