There are a number of Old Testament texts that portray God acting or speaking in a way that contemporary Christians find problematic. The aim of this course is to explore some of these and consider ways to understand and read them as part of scripture. This course does not aim to provide ‘the answer’ to any of these texts, as difficult and profound issues rarely have easy answers!
